This paradox highlights how smaller teams might struggle more with change despite being more agile.

A valuable lesson from this is the importance of trust within a team, similar to the Greek concept of ecstasis, where team members follow decisions based on mutual trust. Additionally, engaging in personal challenges, like fitness goals, can be a great way to manage work stress and maintain balance.
