Bradley Jones – Founder, ThatRound
Bradley Jones is a serial entrepreneur, ex-investment banker, and the founder of ThatRound, a UK-based startup on a mission to transform the chaotic landscape of startup fundraising. After graduating top of his class in Mathematics at Imperial College London, Bradley spent nearly a decade in equity trading at J.P. Morgan before turning his focus full-time to startups.
His first venture, Dynamic Simulations, scaled internationally before being successfully acquired. He went on to co-found CROSSIP, a non-alcoholic drinks brand that's raised over £2 million in funding and is now growing globally. Along the way, he also co-founded Sowing Capital, a syndicate that has backed more than a dozen startups—giving him visibility on both sides of the funding table.
ThatRound is Bradley’s latest and most ambitious venture: a platform that does for startup fundraising what Rightmove did for real estate. By aggregating and rating brokers, introducers, and investor networks, ThatRound brings much-needed transparency and efficiency to a space that’s traditionally been fragmented and opaque. The goal? Help more startups get funded—and dramatically reduce the UK’s c. 90% startup failure rate.
Bradley brings critical insight, lived experience, and a deep understanding of what actually works (and what doesn’t) when it comes to raising capital and building from zero.
