Krishna Dubba

I am an AI entrepreneur, technologist, and researcher with a track record of building innovative products and startups across AI, wellness, and enterprise platforms. Currently, I serve as the Co-founder and CTO of CoVent, where we are reimagining sponsorship discovery through an AI-powered event intelligence marketplace, backed by Founders Factory and Pico.

Before this, I co-founded A2O AI, leading system architecture and backend ML development for generative AI tools that turn unstructured and structured data into actionable insights using large language models (LLMs). I also served as Co-founder and CEO of Jeevi AI, an AI-driven wellness mobile app.

Before my entrepreneurial ventures, I held senior R&D and leadership roles at Blue Prism, where I helped build the company’s AI labs and launched the Capture product used by 2000+ enterprises. I was also a Principal Researcher at Nokia Bell Labs, working on explainable AI, emotion detection, and social dynamics, and at Nokia TECH, I developed smart assistants and immersive media tools—resulting in several awarded patents.

My early industry experience includes building real-time financial systems at D. E. Shaw and academic contributions as a Research Fellow at the University of Leeds, where I contributed to DARPA and EU-funded robotics projects.

I hold a PhD and have authored several peer-reviewed research papers, hold multiple patents, and have a deep passion for AI leadership, product innovation, and translating research into impact.
