Larry Hodes

Larry is an entrepreneur, life and business coach, speaker, business consultant and a facilitator. He draws on over 30 years of working with individuals within a corporate and personal environment. He is considered to be a behavioural and mindset expert who assists individuals to change their life by understanding and using the mindset, skillset and action set to rewire their brain, which then leads to achieving their very best in life and business.

He brings more than three decades of business experience with a focus on mindset, strategy, learning & development and operations. He combines cross-functional experience in people development, strategic planning, leadership and marketing. Larry has held various senior and executive roles within organisations.

He has worked with a variety of clients, including Mercedes SA, Toyota SA, Ford SA, Nando’s head office, Spur Corp head office, Nedbank, Famous Brands, Liberty Life, Step Up; Let’s Lead, Grant Thornton, Sorbet, and Tsogo Sun. He is currently providing business coaching to Nedbank as part of their Enterprise Development program, which he has been doing since 2016. He also provides business coaching on an ad hoc and voluntary basis to ORT Jet, which assists entrepreneurs to grow their businesses. Larry is also a GROW certified business coach, where he assists businesses to improve their people, performance and profit

He leverages his personal experiences in setting up, buying, selling, growing, and identifying key opportunities for growth in business and has a deep understanding of what it takes to drive and motivate people to achieve high levels of productivity, ultimately leading to success.

Having sold some of his business interests a year ago, Larry is still operationally involved in the successful restaurant Arbour Café.
