After being an executive at 3 film studios, raising $21MM of venture and running 3 start-ups, it was clear to me that remote work is the future.

From writers writing at home to actors & directors collaborating on set, film & TV encompass the full spectrum of remote, hybrid and in-person work. As a studio executive and producer on films from Die Hard to The Wolverine, I had to learn how to inspire a broad range of teams.

When I moved into tech I discovered a whole new set of remote work challenges, which led me to study the great minds of productivity - Csikszentmihalyi, Newport, Clear, etc. - to find solutions.

What I offer audiences are the tips & techniques that I've seen work over the years, and a bunch of fun anecdotes from that journey.
