Tara von Metzen

Tara von Metzen is the Vice President of Product Management at
SNP Group, where she leads the strategic evolution of the company’s
software portfolio. Joining SNP in 2022 through its acquisition of
Datavard, Tara has been instrumental in aligning SNP’s solutions
with the dynamic needs of modern businesses. Her expertise spans
data management, business transformation, and product lifecycle
management, driving innovation and excellence across SNP’s offerings.
Before joining SNP, Tara spent 14 years at SAP in product management
roles, where she successfully launched solutions within the S/4HANA
portfolio. She is deeply committed to fostering talent and innovation,
serving as an executive sponsor of SNP’s Activate! Internal Development
Program and mentoring emerging leaders.
Tara’s passion for advancing business agility and data-driven
decision-making fuels her mission to help organizations navigate IT
modernization and thrive in a world of constant change. She is based in
Heidelberg, Germany.
